1. Who is responsible for your data
Olexyn Systems LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. Registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any privacy question or request, write to support@productohub.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Order information — your name, email address, country, and the details of what you bought. Where tax rules require it, we may also collect billing address or tax identification details.
- Account information — where a product uses accounts: your email address, a password (stored only in encrypted form) and your product settings.
- Content you enter into a product — for example figures you type into a calculator or notes you save in a tool. This belongs to you; we use it to run the product for you.
- Messages — anything you write to us by email, and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language and approximate location derived from the IP address.
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring page, time and date of the visit, and interactions with our sites.
- Cookie and identifier data — as described in sections 6 and 7.
Payment information
Card payments are handled entirely by third-party payment processors. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. What we receive back from the processor is limited to what we need to run the sale and support it: confirmation of payment, the last digits and brand of the card, the billing country and the transaction reference.
3. Why we use it
- To process your order, deliver the product and give you access to it.
- To operate accounts and web tools, and to save your settings and content.
- To answer your messages and provide support, including resending access.
- To handle refunds, chargebacks, billing questions and subscription changes.
- To send service emails you need to receive — receipts, download links, renewal and cancellation notices, and important changes to a product you bought.
- To send marketing emails about our products, only where you have opted in or where the law otherwise allows it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
- To keep our sites secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To understand, in aggregate, how our sites are used and how our advertising performs, so we can improve both.
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to take payment, deliver a product and support it.
- Legitimate interests — to run and secure our business, prevent fraud, answer messages, and measure our sites and advertising in a proportionate way.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, advertising measurement where consent is required, and marketing email. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to keep records required by tax and accounting law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only with what they need to do their job. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contract to protect the data. They fall into these categories:
- Payment processing — to take payment, issue refunds and prevent fraud (for example, Stripe).
- Digital marketplaces — where a product is sold through a platform, that platform processes the purchase and, in some cases, is the seller of record.
- Email delivery — to send receipts, download links and, where you opted in, marketing email.
- Hosting, storage and content delivery — to serve our sites and store files and databases.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — to measure site traffic and the performance of our campaigns (see section 7).
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and tracking pixels) for three purposes:
- Essential — to run checkout, keep you signed in and keep the site secure. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Analytics — to count visits and understand which pages are used, in aggregate.
- Advertising — to measure whether an advertisement led to a visit or a purchase, and to show relevant advertising.
Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we ask for it before setting them, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies removed this way may stop parts of the site from working.
7. Advertising and measurement
We advertise our products on third-party platforms and use their measurement tools — for example a tracking pixel — to see which campaigns lead to visits and purchases. These tools may set cookies or process identifiers such as your IP address, and in some cases we send the platform a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of an email address so that a purchase can be matched to an advertisement.
We do not sell personal information for money. Under some United States state privacy laws, using advertising cookies of this kind can nevertheless count as “sharing” or as a “sale” for targeted advertising purposes. You can opt out by declining non-essential cookies, by using your browser or device privacy controls, or by writing to support@productohub.com.
8. How long we keep it
- Order and billing records — for as long as tax and accounting law requires, normally up to seven years.
- Account and product content — while your account is active, and for a short period afterwards so that it can be restored if you ask.
- Support messages — normally up to three years, so we can follow up and keep a record.
- Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
- Analytics and advertising data — for the retention period of the platform concerned, normally no more than 26 months.
When a retention period ends, we delete the data or make it permanently anonymous.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format;
- withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting processing done before you withdrew it;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, write to support@productohub.com from the email address you used with us, or tell us which address to look up. We answer within 30 days, and we may need to verify your identity before acting. Exercising a right never costs you anything and never means worse treatment.
10. Rights under US state privacy laws
If you are a resident of California or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising, as described in section 7. We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics, and we do not knowingly process the data of people under 16 for advertising. Use the same address — support@productohub.com — to make any of these requests, and say which one you are making.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may store or process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your personal information may therefore be transferred outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on legally recognised transfer mechanisms — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — in our agreements with those providers.
12. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information: encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our sites, access limited to the people who need it, passwords stored only in hashed form, and payment data handled entirely by specialised processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information and the law requires notification, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
13. Children
Our products are made for adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to support@productohub.com and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products, providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. If a change is material, we will give notice by a notice on the site or, where required, by email.
